Prakash Kalothia heads Lapis’ investment strategy with over 30 years in real estate investing and development. He oversees proprietary deal sourcing, drawing on his extensive industry network and relationships. Prakash is a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry's Real Estate Committee. He holds an Advanced Management Program certificate from MIT Sloan, an MBA from ISB Hyderabad, and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from NIT Trichy (Gold Medalist).

Vamsi G M oversees investment execution and asset management at Lapis. He brings extensive experience in managing residential, office, and mixed-use developments across India's key cities. His operational expertise spans the complete investment lifecycle from due diligence through project delivery and exit strategies. Vamsi specializes in turnaround situations and joint venture restructuring, working closely with developer partners to ensure successful project outcomes. He holds a B.Tech from IIT Madras and an MBA from ISB.

Kunal Rakshit leads investment evaluation and portfolio strategy at Lapis, bringing cross-sector expertise in real estate private equity, public markets, and entrepreneurship. His analytical approach combines rigorous financial analysis with deep market evaluation to identify attractive risk-adjusted investment opportunities. Prior experience includes public equity investing at First Voyager and private equity at Baer Capital Partners. He holds a BA in Economics from Amherst College and an MBA from IIM Bangalore. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Divya Sharma oversees all of Lapis' domestic and international transactions, with deep expertise in foreign investment regulations and commercial arrangements. She has led legal strategy for fund restructuring and cross-border exit transactions across multiple jurisdictions. Her international experience includes serving as Legal Director at Bird & Bird LLP London, where she advised on real estate transactions. Divya is qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales and an Advocate in India, holding a BA LLB (Hons) from National Law School Bangalore.

Nitin Valani brings extensive financial advisory and assurance expertise to Lapis India Capital, where he has served since 2013. He oversees financial structuring, due diligence, and portfolio oversight across the firm's investment activities. His experience spans transaction structuring and regulatory compliance for real estate private equity investments. Prior to Lapis, Nitin developed his expertise at leading audit firms Ernst & Young and Deloitte, where he specialized in assurance services for financial institutions and investment funds. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an M.Com from Mumbai University.

Kartikey oversees deal sourcing, analysis, and execution across Lapis's real estate investments, bringing six years of investment banking and private equity experience to the firm since joining in 2021. His analytical expertise spans financial modeling, market analysis, and transaction structuring for real estate opportunities. Prior experience includes investment banking at Goldman Sachs and real estate investments at Indospace, one of India's leading industrial and logistics platform companies. He holds a B.Tech from University of Delhi and MBA from NMIMS Mumbai.

Sunil brings 20 years of finance and accounting expertise to Lapis India Capital, overseeing all financial reporting, budgeting, and treasury functions since joining in 2007. Prior to Lapis, Sunil held senior roles in audit and assurance at leading firms. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.

Richard brings four years of accounting and private equity experience to Lapis India Capital, where he has served since 2024. He oversees fund accounting, financial reporting, and audit coordination. Prior to joining Lapis, Richard worked in accounting at Morgan Stanley from 2022 to 2024. He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.

Deborah (Debbie) manages office and helps in Investor relations since 2007. Prior to Lapis, Debbie worked in Hexaware and Kalpataru Group. Debbie received a B.A. from The University of Mumbai. She holds a Diploma in Secretarial Practice and a Diploma in Healthcare Ethics.
